Mental Health Maintenance (MHM) is a FREE 6-hour interactive workshop by 20Talk, designed to give you practical tools to better understand, monitor, and improve your mental health. You’ll explore 12 dimensions of wellness, learn from expert presenters, and create a personalised self-care action plan you can put into practice immediately.

Through engaging activities, real-life scenarios, and expert-led sessions (including psychologists, educators, career practitioners, and Aboriginal leaders), you’ll build the skills and confidence to support both yourself and the people around you.
