Connection & Well-Being: Community Event
Event description
Join us on Thursday November 24 for a fun and engaging session creating a colourful community art project and hearing from keynote speaker Dianne Pepicelli. Get creative while learning more about why prioritising our wellbeing is so important. This session will include practical ways to improve and maintain your mental wellbeing while using art as a way to express yourself and support positive mental health!
Mental Health Awareness Month is a national event that aims to improve community awareness and interest in mental health and wellbeing.
This years theme is 'Connecting With Community', something that we here at The Hut really pride ourselves on. With the support from a grant from MHCSA, we have decided to host an event for our community in the Adelaide Hills.Â
This event was made possible with funding from the Mental Health Coalition of SA and Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network. To find out more visit https://mhcsa.org.au/mental-he...
