Come and celebrate Mental Health Month in Mullum! This year we're running gardening workshops to connect with nature. learn new skills and meet new people.

Workshops run by Koush from the Paddock Project
Workshop Schedule: (Places limited for workshops so please register for these. Workshops are $10 per person.)
2:00 - 3:15 Seed Pods workshop. A fun eco-friendly activity that involves mixing clay, compost and seeds into small balls that can be dried and scattered into neglected areas and promote native plants,
3:30 - 5:00 Natural Fibre Cordage workshop. Connect with nature while crafting something strong, flexible and beautiful. Lomandra and banana fibres will be woven into a sturdy string which can be twisted and braided into baskets, necklaces and bracelets. Bring along your favourite shells, beads, feathers and charms,
