Although rewarding, working in the Hospitality sector can be isolating, unsociable, high pressure & extremely competitive. Mental health is emerging as a major challenge for hospitality businesses with 80% of workers reporting they are suffering from symptoms including anxiety, depression, stress & addiction. Healthy Mind Menu are developing Australia's First Mentally Healthy Hospitality Toolkit, promoting mental health & wellbeing in hospitality & would like your help in Co-designing the toolkit.
