The Mental Health Toolkit is an early introduction workshop that provides tools to improve self-awareness around Mental Wellbeing at work and how to support yourself/colleagues when feeling overwhelmed.

Workshop overview:

  • Identify -signs and symptoms of mental health conditions.
  • Understanding-self-awareness to improve personal wellbeing.
  • Resilience through uncertain times and our wellbeing.
  • Respond- keeping ourselves healthy and safe while supporting others.
  • De-escalation and prevention in the workplace.

The PUBLIC Mental Health Toolkit workshop is run once a month for individuals to register to attend or you can book a private in-house session and we can come to you and work with your team.

PARKING: Please note that during office hours we have just SEVEN car parks available next door at 2 London Street marked TW 1-7. This is the only FREE parking available for groups and is available on a first-in first-served basis. Please do not park in the spaces RESERVED for 'Volunteering Waikato', 'Graeme Dingle', 'Trust House visitor', or 'Trust Waikato Staff' during office hours . There is 2 hours free parking on the street, and Wilson's parking is located on Barton St, a 5 minute walk away. We appreciate your cooperation with this.

Refund policy

What happens if you have to cancel?  We know that sometimes your plans can change.  Please be aware of the following:  • Up to 7 days prior to the event you will be provided a refund of your registration cost, less a $20.00 plus GST service charge.   • If you cancel within 6 days of the event, you are not eligible to receive a refund. You are welcome to transfer your ticket to a colleague or transfer yourself to the next months public workshop. All cancellations must be received in writing (email).
