With support from Mental Health Week, Northside Connect are hosting a Mental Health Week mini expo at our neighbourhood centre. Featuring a speaker from one of Safe Spaces Lived Experience Representative, discussing this year's themes of Awareness, Belonging, Connection. Join us for a free lunch, art activity, community dance workshop and a mini-expo of our local mental health support services.
