Refresh’s workshops are run by mental health professionals, who share fundamental concepts and skills from diverse therapeutic approaches. Each workshop includes a 30 minute informative part (where the speaker shares knowledge and insights on the topic) and a 30 minute interactive part (where the speaker guides participants through 2-3 activities from a given therapeutic approach). 1 hour in length on Zoom webinar.
