Do you find yourself always in a rush and want a moment to slow down? Have you tried meditation but found it hard to stick to?

Join us for an empowering workshop which teaches the benefits of different meditations and how to make them work in your busy life.

This 2-hour workshop provides valuable insights and a comprehensive understanding of the beneficial impacts of meditation, as well as the various meditation techniques available. The program covers a range of topics, including:

  • Alleviating stress through meditation.
  • Brainwave activity during meditation.
  • Exploring the intricate connection between the mind and body.
  • Overcoming challenges often encountered in meditation practice.
  • Establishing a meditation routine, including considerations such as timing, location, and duration.
  • Diverse forms of meditation.
  • Participating in group meditation sessions, including:
    • Breath-focused meditation
    • Mindfulness meditation
    • Guided imagery meditation

You are welcome to attend in person at the Ravensthorpe CRC or online via Zoom, using the link provided on your ticket.
