TAP-NY Mental Health Workshop with Anise Health
Event description
How does your identity impact your personal and professional life? What were your family's conversations about mental health and did it increase stigma? Join us for a workshop with Anise Health, a culturally-responsive mental health platform for the Asian community. This workshop will enhance your awareness about the state of mental health in Asian communities, and prompt you to reflect on why mental health is often difficult to address. Dustin Chien (bio below), a therapist and licensed mental health professional, will help the group define and unpack sources of stigma, and facilitate interactive activities to reflect about your own life. We hope to see you on May 31 at Land to Sea to close out AAPI Month! *ticket price includes 1 free pastry from Land to Sea :)
