Mental Reset Workshop
Event description
The Mental Reset Workshop
A Women’s Wellness Experience to Breathe, Reset, and Learn
When life feels heavy, when change feels hard, when you’re holding it all - this is your invitation to pause, breathe, and come home to yourself.
For the woman over mid 30s navigating life’s transitions, whether it’s menopause, a new season, shifting roles, or simply the quiet ache of change, this workshop offers a space to soften the edges, release what’s weighing on you, and rebuild from a place of calm and connection.
You don’t have to do it alone.
You don’t have to push through.
You deserve to reset.
In this workshop, held by Lisa and Rachel, you’ll learn how to:
- Start to build your own toolkit for navigating change
- Use your breath to calm your nervous system and build a connection to your body
- Understand the power of the pause—and how it can transform habits and patterns
- Be with the hard moments, instead of pushing them away - and no this is not as scary as it sounds, we promise
- Visualize what’s next for you, from a grounded and open place
- Experience a guided breathwork journey to release, reset, and realign
