Mental Wellness Workshops

At the MHFA, we take a holistic approach to mental health, taking into consideration physical, psychological, emotional and social health.
Hence, during National Mental Health Month 2022, we invite you to take a wellness journey with us. Join us to learn how to manage your stress, to explore how yoga can be beneficial to your mental health, and to perhaps begin or continue your meditation journey!
