Mentally Fit EP 3C's Conference
Event description
The fourth annual Mentally Fit EP 3C's Conference is being held on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th February, 2024.
The conference gives opportunity for people volunteering and working in the wellbeing and suicide prevention space. It is intended as a platform for community members from the Suicide Prevention Networks and Wellbeing Groups from across Eyre Peninsula to come together to connect, communicate and create community driven initiatives.
2 days of information, education and breakout engagement activities.
1 night of fun, connection and networking.
- Day 1 Saturday 17th Feb: 8:30am-4:30pm. Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon Tea included.
- Saturday night dinner, 17th Feb: 6:30pm - 10:30pm. 3 Course Meal and Live Entertainment included.
- Day 2 Sunday 18th Feb: 8:30am - 1pm. Morning Tea included.
Please ensure you grab yourself a ticket for each of the options. If you are connected with an Eyre Peninsula Suicide Prevention Network or Wellbeing Group, please choose the ticket option that reflects this. Your ticket will be free.
If you are not part of an Eyre Peninsula Suicide Prevention Network or Wellbeing Group, please choose the Community Member ticket options, which come at very affordable prices of $30 for Day 1, $30 for the Dinner and $15 for Day 2. Attendees also receive a goody bag packed with gifts and information on arrival.
Conference content includes towns sharing their wins and challenges, opportunities to connect with others, workshops focusing on choice theory, support groups, alcohol and drugs, collaborating with a range of cultures, as well as drumming circles, lived experience, information about Equine Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy... and more!
