A little bit about Eddie and Looking for Ladybird:

School teacher and youth mentor, Eddie, started Looking for Ladybird 6 years ago when she became frustrated with happiness blogs depicting a false representation of happiness. She wanted to hear from someone that was able to step off their almighty high horse for a moment and be honest, real and relatable for even just one second!

She began installing all of these random habits into her life and began to see her life change for the better. She realised very quickly that this 'wellness' stuff was her passion and she wanted to inspire and lead as many people as possible in the right direction.

A little bit about Cooper and The Good Human Factory:

Pro surfer, Cooper Chapman started The Good Human Factory in response to the alarming suicide rates, worldwide. His genuine care to make a difference is shown through his commitment, professionalism and ability to motivate and lead others. Cooper takes a powerful approach when targeting mental health within Australia through helping others to develop gratitude, mindfulness, values, kindness empathy and responsibility.

The two perspectives, experiences and wisdom from both Eddie and Cooper bring about an authentic, real and relatable workshop that others can connect too.

We want to share our happiness recipe with as many people as possible because we know that we can make a real difference!
