We have moved to a new booking system. Find out more and book an appointment.

Mentone: 3rd Tuesday of the month

Our Immunisation Service is available to children and families living in Kingston.

What do I need to bring?

✔️ Medicare card

✔️ Child’s health record book (if relevant)

✔️ Any vaccine history
