Mentoring is one of the most powerful tools for professional growth, but setting up a relationship that works takes more than good intentions.

Pitching in as a mentor—or looking for support as a mentee? Join this practical, interactive session to explore:

Where mentoring fits alongside coaching, managing, and training
Shared expectations and mutual responsibilities
How to structure your 1:1s for maximum impact from day one

Facilitated by Helen Loveday, People Development Specialist and former manager of the mentoring programme for Etihad Airlines.

already mentoring and keen to strengthen your approach
considering finding a mentor
managers, business owners or professionals who want to better understand how mentoring works

Expect conversation, practical ideas and opportunities to reflect. You don't need any previous mentoring experience to attend.

Register today!. You will come away with the clarity and tools to build mentoring relationships that actually move the needle.
