Description

Mentoring is one of the most powerful tools for professional growth, but setting up a relationship that works takes more than good intentions.

Pitching in as a mentor—or looking for support as a mentee? Join this practical, interactive session to explore:

  • Where mentoring fits alongside coaching, managing, and training

  • Shared expectations and mutual responsibilities

  • How to structure your 1:1s for maximum impact from day one

Facilitated by Helen Loveday, People Development Specialist and former manager of the mentoring programme for Etihad Airlines.

Helen's interative presentation will guide us through common questions, and explore some of the skills that make mentoring conversations work well — listening, asking useful questions, sharing experience appropriately and knowing when not to provide the answer.

This 90 minute session is designed for people who are:

  • interested in becoming a mentor, formally or informally

  • already mentoring and keen to strengthen your approach

  • considering finding a mentor

  • managers, business owners or professionals who want to better understand how mentoring works

Expect conversation, practical ideas and opportunities to reflect. You don't need any previous mentoring experience to attend.

Register today!. You will come away with the clarity and tools to build mentoring relationships that actually move the needle.
