Hi men, join us to continue your journey or to start your journey with Yoga and other powerful mindfulness practices.
- Improve flexibility in the body.
- Increase focus & concentration.
- Release mental and physical stress.
- Bring balance to the body and mind.
- Better sleep and overall well-being.
- Enhance sexual function.
6 x 2.5 hour classes, they include: Yoga Practice, Meditation, Breathwork, Sound Journey & Chanting, Sharing Circle, Connection & Community.
Every Monday from 4 November, 7pm until 9:30pm. 6 weeks :)
Who is it for?
- Men with no yoga experience, little experience or just starting.
- Men who want to perfect their practice.
- Men looking at improving health habits, flexibility, relationships, sleep, concentration & focus.
Total investment is $350 paid in advance. Paid cash on the first class (message me to get code) or online via Humanitix (this will add some Humanitix booking fees to your payment).
It’s ok if you guys miss a session, however you still need to book for the entire program.
Additional notes.
- Bring a bottle of water
- Bring a pen and a notebook to take notes
- Bring your favourite Yoga Mat (if not, we have one for you - However, you like to ideally have your own, so you can practice at home too)
- Arrive by 6:45pm, 15 minutes before the class (not earlier no later - there's a class before our class)
