Hi men, join us to continue your journey or to start your journey with Yoga.
4 x 2.5 hour classes, they include: Yoga Practice, Meditation, Breathwork, Sound Journey & Chanting, Sharing Circle, Connection & Community.
Every Monday from 5 August, 7pm until 9:30pm. Four weeks :)
