Join us for an immersive behind the scenes tour of Messinaville, followed by a four course dinner at Erin.

Your evening begins with a welcome drink in the Messina factory, where we will give you an insider look at how we create our signature products. You’ll learn about our house-made dulce de leche, peek behind the curtain of our gelato cake and chocolate production, and enjoy exclusive content you won’t see anywhere else.

After the tour, you’ll head to Erin for a curated four course set menu, featuring a selection of Erin favourites and finishing with an exclusive Messina dessert. Each dish has been selected to showcase the craft, creativity, and ingredients that define Messina. Throughout the meal, our team will visit each table to share stories, answer questions, and guide you through the menu.
