The Leadership Table: AI, Power & The Women Rewriting the Rules

An intimate private dinner for senior executive women. No slides. No filter. Just the conversation your industry won't let you have — yet.

Come with your biggest challenge. Leave with the strategy, clarity, and connections to move through it.

This is a table of 20 executive women — and unlike any other room, we're not here to network. We're here to think together. To share the wins, the hard lessons, and the futuristic insights that only come from being in a room with people who have actually done the work.

What does it actually mean to lead through AI disruption? Who is thriving, who is surviving, and what separates them? The challenge you've been carrying alone. The decision you keep deferring.

This table was built for exactly that.

How are we embracing AI in our leadership and navigating this next chapter of Womanhood, Leadership and change

You will share a table with the CTO of IBM Australia & New Zealand, a founder who has produced events for King Charles III and raised $50 million for global causes, an MC who has built and led businesses across multiple industries — and a host who has lived every version of the Messy Middle.

Hosted by Wendy Zveglic — Author, Technology Executive, Speaker & the Queen of the Messy Middle.

This is not a conference. Not a panel. Not another networking night with warm wine and a name badge.

This is The Messy Middle Dinner Series — an intimate, curated evening where the conversation is honest, the table is set beautifully, and the women in the room are exactly the kind you've been looking for.

WHY NOW?

Beyond the Algorithm. Beyond Survival. Into What's Next.

We're heading into the second half of 2026. The landscape has shifted — again. AI isn't coming. It's already inside the boardroom, the brief, and the budget.

And for many high-performing women, the challenge isn't competence. It's this: How do I stay relevant, visible, and deeply trusted — while the world keeps changing faster than I can plan for?

That tension — between who you've been, what the market now demands, and who you are becoming — is what we call The Messy Middle. And if you've been living in it lately, this dinner was made for you.

WHAT IS THE MESSY MIDDLE DINNER SERIES?

This is a Chatham House-style dining experience designed for women at the forefront of leadership, technology, business, and reinvention. Strictly limited to 16 guests.

This is the kind of room where real conversations happen — the ones that shift your thinking, sharpen your strategy, and remind you that you are not navigating this alone.

OVER AN EXQUISITE EVENING, WE WILL EXPLORE:

Three-course private dinner inside Cumulus Wine Room, Flinders Lane
Curated conversation with Australian Women Leading in this era
Peer-level access to like minded Senior Executive women
Chatham House rules — what's said at the table stays at the table
A night inside the Messy Middle Movement — and the women who are done waiting

You will be seated at a beautifully set table with some of the most accomplished women in the room — and together, you'll have the kind of conversation most events aren't brave enough to host.

Expect: exquisite food, welcome drink, guided facilitation, and unscripted honesty.

Leave with: clarity, strategy, connection — and at least one new relationship that changes something for you.

A NOTE FROM WENDY
The women I most want in this room aren't the ones who have it all figured out. They're the ones willing to be honest about where they are — and bold enough to decide where they're going next. That's the Messy Middle.
And that's where the real growth lives. The women who thrive in the next era won't be the loudest in the room. They'll be the ones who chose the right rooms to be in.
Most women are over-skilled and still waiting. This table changes that.
