The MET (Muscle Energy Technique) course explores the neurological mechanisms and practical applications, by which we can obtain a reduction in muscle tone and an increase in range of motion.
MET is a highly effective and easy to apply manual therapy intervention that fits perfectly in almost any treatment plan.
Utilising this method, we can dramatically reduce the effort required by the therapist and also decrease the need for other manual therapy interventions that can sometimes be uncomfortable for the client.

This full day practical course covers a wide range of applications utilising multiple different types of MET methodologies.
Even if you've learned MET before, you are sure to come away with some new skills and a different way of utilising this approach.
