Our body is where we can hold emotions, memories and stories that often we don’t have words for. It is also where we can access our fullest potential to live life as our highest self.

Through this Metamorphic Breathwork journey guided by Aidan from The Grounded Breath in co creation with Sarah from Bloom Mindfulness, you will be guided into a powerful experience, reaching altered states of consciousness in support of your healing and self-discovery.

This style of breathwork is inspired by Holotropic Breathwork which was originally created by Stanislov Grof in the 60's. The Grofs believed the process of deep, self-exploration brought on by these altered states can bring healing and Holotropic Breathwork has been a tool for therapeutic healing ever since.

We will offer a safe container for you to reconnect to your natural medicines, by using your breath and a series of breath techniques to arouse your nervous system, break through and experience emotional release and let go of old stories, reach higher states of consciousness where peace, reconnection, love, joy, ecstasy, clarity and flow all live.

What to bring:
* All of you! Baggage and all
* An open mind
* Anything that will assist you to feel comfortable and safe (i.e. a favorite blanket etc.)
* Water bottle

Before the session:
* It is suggested to abstain from caffeine before the session, so that the full effects can be experienced.
* Have a very light meal. e.g. a serving of fruit and water.
* Wear comfortable warm clothing.
* Think about a positive intention for the journey.
