Year-End Reset, Release & Closure

Intention: Honour, Release & Close 2025.

Before you transition into the new year with new goals and new pressure . . .
you deserve a moment to pause.

To meet yourself. With honesty and compassion.

A moment to acknowledge the year that's just gone.

Maybe 2025 was incredible for you.

Maybe it wasn’t quite the year you imagined.
Perhaps you felt blocked, too stretched, overwhelmed or stuck in old patterns.
Maybe you had some important goals that didn’t happen, even though you deeply wanted them.

Part 1 of Metamorphosis is designed to give you sacred space to:

Honour the parts of you, that did the best they could this year
Release any emotional weight you don't want to carry into 2026
Witness any blocks, protection patterns and self-sabotage with compassion
Integrate your life lessons from 2025, rather than judging them

You'll leave feeling lighter, clearer, softened and ready to meet the end of 2025 with a different energy. You'll also feel prepped for next year.

New Year Activation, Alignment & Intention Setting

Intention: Reset, Focus & Align for 2026.

2026 can be the year everything shifts for you, if you choose to stop carrying the blocks of last year into the next one.

Part 2 of Metamorphosis is where you get really clear on:

What you’re actually calling in for 2026
Who you get to BE to hold that vision
The old fears that have been running your decisions (and how to shift them)
The courageous actions your next-level identity is ready for

This is where you step into:

Both sessions run live on zoom. Recording will be supplied if you can't make the live timing.

Upon booking you'll receive a confirmation email. Two days before the event you'll receive a welcome email with zoom link and all the info you'll need.

About your host

Louise Walker is a Human Potential and Developmental Coach known for her intentionally disruptive, deeply transformative approach. She supports you to uncover unconscious patterns and limiting beliefs so you can shift self-sabotage tendencies. Her coaching will facilitate you to rise into a more expanded, grounded and powerful version of yourself.

Her work helps entrepreneurs and leaders cultivate emotional resilience, self-awareness and authentic leadership. This empowers you to navigate your business, your work, your clients, your team AND your personal life with more clarity and confidence.

Previously the in-house coach for the five-star Golden Door Health Retreat (now Elysia Wellness Retreat), Louise has since become a trusted guide to executives, entrepreneurs and high-performing creatives working across Australia, USA, NZ, UK, Fiji and Mauritius.

Her earlier career in experiential marketing (creating emotionally driven campaigns for brands including Google, Nintendo, 3 Mobile and Abbotts Village Bakery) informs her deep understanding of human behaviour.

With extensive training as a Developmental coach, Master NLP Practitioner, Meta Coach, Enneagram Coach and Integral Coach, Louise creates a highly transformative and potent space that blends wisdom and powerful developmental insight to activate your highest potential.
