Join international yoga teacher and art therapist Lara Zilibowitz & mystical musician Benny Holloway on an transformative two-day journey into your most expanded and liberated expression.

Just like a caterpillar entering into a chrysalis, this weekend is an ecstatic rite of passage for anyone who feels the longing to wake up to their wild, unbound and authentic nature. To burn through layers of contraction, inhibition and doubt. To remember who they really are, before the layers of coping and conditioning clouded over.

Throughout the weekend you will be guided through a dynamic sequence of transpersonal ritual and art therapy process, from yoga, embodiment, meditation and breathwork, to vocal expression and transcendental sound journeys, drawing upon shamanic technologies of dance and creative externalisation, to let the wisdom of your psyche, soma and soul speak.

The journey has been specifically curated to offer you rich experiences, personal insight and empowering take home techniques, as we open to embodiment and unfreeze numbness, infusing who we really are into every moment, breaking free from the barriers that hold us back from fully taking flight.

The location is in a private venue in North Bondi, Sydney, Australia.
