Under the soft caress of the February new moon we will gather to continue shedding - that which does not serve our highest growth, old narratives that keep us comfortable and limiting beliefs that form a ceiling to our greatest desires.

Our evening will begin with a sacred cacao ritual to bring us into grounding and intention, where Vanessa will lead a guided meditation to tease open the expanses of our awareness to invite in more clarity, presence and curiosity.

Then our sound immersion will begin. The beautiful alchemy of healing vibrations from the handpan, crystal singing bowls and chimes coupled with the soft glow of candlelight will create a nourishing environment for deep introspection, weaving not only deeper levels of belonging and heart healing but identifying and reprogramming habit patterns that block us from receiving true connection.

Metamorphosis is a journey of your becoming; in this community you will be witnessed and welcomed wholly as you are; whether you are grieving, unsure or simply need a moment to rest. The only thing asked of you is to trust beyond your knowing and arrive with a desire to understand more- about yourself, about others, about the world around you so you can lift the veil to your consciousness and access true freedom.

In honouring the full spectrum of our emotions, we come back to remembrance of who we truly are and realise the eternal well of abundance that comes from within.

TIME: 7:30pm-9:30pm, please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. Light refreshments will be served at the end of our journey.
