You will learn and experience yogic & life tools to morph into a new version of yourself and maybe even begin to believe, that with one breath and a conscious sacred pause, you can Begin Again, over and over again!

Butterflies have deeply imprinted and inspired my life; I know I am not alone in this. Seeing a Monarch Butterfly flutter across your windshield, or wisp past you as you go about your humanity, is a gentle yet fierce reminder of how important it is on this incredible, yet crazy life journey to believe in the impossible, to believe in your strength to endure the arduous trek from one phase of our lives to the next, and to the best of our ability to do it with grace and humility and to most importantly, keep going!

If a tiny delicate creature can travel 2,800 miles, being the longest migration trajectory of any insect, and their journey is equally one of wonder, magic, great challenges, and deep resilience itself, IMAGINE what is possible for us, for YOU?

This will be an mini coaching reset, designed to inspire and challenge us to reflect, nurture, and ignite change. Drawing inspiration from the four stages of a butterfly's metamorphosis, my goal is to help you Begin Again with the perspective of a Monarch Butterfly. You’ll embark on this journey with the courage to start anew, the resilience and humility to navigate obstacles, the discipline and strength to endure, and the intention to manifest opportunities that allow you to thrive and grow. Most importantly, you’ll learn to never give up, to keep showing up as your authentic self, no longer holding back or hiding your true desires in this one wild and precious life.

The invitation here from my butterfly spirit to yours, is to just show up as you are, to release great expectations or pressure of needing to know exactly why you are being called, but to say YES and come be a part of the magic of metamorphosis and the endless possibilities of change!

Simulating the 4-Stages of Life + Spiritual Metamorphosis we will gather to intentionally...

1) Restorative/Yin Practice

Turn inward and come face to face with what's no longer working, where's their fear and self-doubt/sabotage (RAIN)

2) Meditation + Transformational Breath/Pranayama

Explore how breath is our most valuable tool to shift perspective and be the catalyst to change our lives

3) Connection + Manifestation + Action

Ceremony and exercises to co-create, connect, and receive support and inspiration to manifest and create the CHANGE you desire in your life right now

4) Sound Bath + Reiki Cocoon

You will be cocooned in sound and healing touch, encouraged to let your seeds of intention drop into the earth, trusting your efforts, and letting yourSelf BE to heal and reset...

Gabrielle Blachley - Trilogy 200/300hr YTT, Restorative Lead + Transformational Coach

Gabrielle’s belief is that yoga is limitless in its potential to transform and heal our lives. Her approach to teaching is intuitive, playful and therapeutic, in which she encourages students to turn inward to the constant transformations taking place with each breathe and recognizing that each time you step onto the space of your mat, you can begin again.

Gabrielle was born and raised in Chicago, where she was trained to be a professional ballerina, blessed to have her mother as her mentor for many years. It was this experience that set the stage for her affinity and passion for physical expression and artistry of movement.

Her life long dream and dedication to becoming a ballerina was intercepted by unfortunate injury. But, it was through this life experience that she found yoga, which would forever change her life and her relationship to her physical body and her mind.

After receiving a BA in Fine Arts and Communications from Loyola University of Chicago, Gabrielle’s free spirit lead her to many far away places like Europe, Hawaii, India, Morocco, where she lived, studied and trained for a number of years exploring the vast world of yoga and the healing arts. These life experiences humbled and encouraged her to spread her wings and begin her own donation-based yoga school, Monarch Yoga Shala.

Gabrielle is an 500 E-RYT via Yoga Alliance. Gabrielle first attained her certification with Akhanda Yoga in Rishikesh, India with her teacher Yogi Vishvketu in 2006.

Currently, Gabrielle teaches yoga daily at numerous studios in San Diego, and travels the world leading yoga workshops, retreats and events. Her motto: play, love and fly fearless.
