Metaphysical Immersion: Day of the Dead
The Metaphysical Immersion team welcomes the community back, to experience holistic modalities to empower and release one's energetic body. Meeting now during the time of the Day of the Dead this fall. Bringing any connections to celebrate, be that living or passed on. This ceremonial container promises to leave one feeling full of love and support.
Experience the catharsis of communal breathwork 💨 movement💃 sound journey 🎶 and primal activation 😆. Move ecstatically to curated medicinal tunes, drop into your body with intention with the Myofascial Immersion, and feel yourself blossom through all of the sound cycles 💫.
🌱 The Layout
- Starting off with a Grounding Circle
- 1pm to 2pm: Wim Hof Breathwork + Warm Up Movement with Peter Reyes from Ignite Sadhana
- 2pm to 3pm: Primal Activation with Kim + Spencer
- 3pm to 4:30pm: Ecstatic Dance Set with Phil Conine
- 4:30pm to 5:30pm: Sound Healing + Myofascial Immersion with Carly Brand
- Community Closing Circle for Sharing and Witnessing
- Communal Bonfire and Meal Included
8am to 9am: All Levels Hatha Yoga Flow
9am to 11am: Pack up to Travel Home + Light Breakfast Included
11am to 12pm: Send off Circle
🌱What to Expect
✨1st Offering: Encouraging deep experiences within the breath and body environment, using the insights of the Wim Hof Method to guide others through their own inner knowing.
✨2nd Offering: The focus of intent is to disperse stuck energy by using the power of your mind, expressed through your breathing and primal activation.
✨3rd Offering: Using eclectic beats and rhythms to activate the mind-body connection, enhancing one's authenticity of their self expression.
✨4th Offering: Mixing medicinal sounds and vocal vibrations to soften and promote relaxation, coupled with a guided self Myofascial Release where one can engage the body at the edges it is open to.
✨ Philip G Conine (he/him) is a drummer, producer, composer, and DJ. He draws inspiration from everything between electronic music to jazz and bird calls and water sounds. The creation and curation of music is his favorite way to channel feelings and important messages he wishes to share with listeners and he believes that music holds timeless knowledge and serves as one of our most direct pathways to our spirits.
✨ Carly Brand is happy to be providing the sound bath and Myofascial release for this New Year celebration. As a singer, songwriter, and Myofascial Release practitioner, she has found that music is a lovely gateway to the present moment. She has leaned into offering sound healings in the past few years which can help move stuck energy/ emotions and bring clarity and ease to the mind and body. She is currently working on a new album of songs and loves collaborating in all ways music. ✨ Peter Reyes is a 420hr RYT, level 2 Wim Hof Method instructor and certified Fire Walking instructor. He teaches Vinyasa and kundalini yoga, as well as other movement based classes. WHM can be a gateway to deeper practices and truly connecting with who we are, where we fit in this world and how to truly live in alignment. And with that realization Peter began using a number of different modalities to communicate a simple message of finding connection. Whether the entry point is yoga, WHM, body sculpting, or meditation we can all untap the deeper practice the body yearns for. ✨ Spencer, like most who find themselves on the healing journey has become an advocate and practitioner of various movement, embodiment, and holistic lifestyle modalities. He is committed to sharing and expanding his knowledge of living more harmoniously with the Earth and creating space where others can feel empowered to live a joyous, fulfilling, and adventurous life!
✨ Kim Cotterell, compelled to empower others in the innate ability to heal themselves, created a space at their home to provide meditation, energy work, and various workshop gatherings. Through their journey with intuitive energy work, Kim has embodied an offering of love and support to those that experience these gatherings. They believe initiating a fundamental practice of meditation in one's life can express itself in many supportive ways. With mindfulness practices and compassionate acceptance, they hope to empower others in experiencing inner awareness and wellness.

Aaron’s roots in Holistic Health and Cooking run deep. Raised in a Vegetarian household, he has eaten an Organic, Plant Based Diet since day 1. Aaron’s personal interest in Health was first sparked in Massage Therapy Certification and later kindled at Bauman College were he received Certification in Nutritional Consultation. His Cooking is informed by his own personal journey to overcome digestive struggles. The Mission is to provide Prepared Foods that are Nourishing, reasonably priced, and - of course- Delicious and Digestible. No Dairy or Gluten are used ever, Vegetarian unless otherwise requested. All Organic!
