Hosted by Australian Metronomics Coaches Dr. Lili Sussman & Jitesh Gohil
Sydney, Australia
Artificial Intelligence is reshaping the way businesses operate, and the way CEOs lead.
Join Dr. Lili Sussman and Jitesh Gohil as they dive into how AI is fundamentally rewriting the CEO playbook.
Artificial Intelligence is rapidly reshaping the way businesses operate, and the way CEOs lead. AI is rewriting the four systems every growth-hungry CEO must get right:
Strategy
Execution
People
Cash
In this interactive and action-oriented 3 hour workshop, we will learn what’s changing for CEOs, and carve a clear path forward for how to lead with clarity and confidence in a new era of intelligence-driven growth.
This workshop is designed for CEOs and founders who want to:
Clarify how AI fits in their strategy
Build a leadership team that stays ahead of the growth curve
Cut through AI noise to focus on what a CEO needs to prioritise and do
Help their organisation to use AI with confidence, in a rapidly changing, AI-powered landscape
Continue to learn to use AI as a CEO
“AI won’t replace CEOs. But CEOs who learn how to lead with AI will replace those who don’t.” - Shannon Byrn Susko
If you're committed to learning and want to discover how AI can supercharge your growth rhythms, this workshop is for you.
Dr. Lili Sussman holds a PhD from Harvard University (in decision-making), and has spent two decades scaling tech businesses, leading not for profits, consulting to some of the largest multinationals, and building new products and innovations across diverse international markets and sectors. In 2023, she was named Australia's Female Fintech leader of the Year, having doubled revenue and customer growth year on year at one of the country's top 20 fastest growing tech companies, while building the #1 best place to work in Australia for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Her unique personal journey also includes recovering from a serious brain injury, when she lost her ability to read and walk on the street, which has led to a deep interest in the brain, and into the power of healing and personal transformation. She now advises and coaches growth businesses, as a Metronomics Coach helping teams achieve consistent high growth (designed to drive 10x valuation every 3 years). She coaches leadership teams to scale up together, similar to the way a sports team coach works with a team (think Ted Lasso 🙂), and lives with her family in Sydney, Australia.
Jitesh Gohil is a business founder, leader, and advisor with over 30 years’ experience building, scaling, and exiting successful companies across diverse industries. He was the founder of The Kuisine Company and The Good Meal Company, which he grew from start-ups to become leading ready-meals business in Australia, producing over 80,000 meals per day. The company was recognised as Mission Australia’s National Employer of the Year, a testament to its strong culture and social impact.
Earlier in his career, Jitesh was Managing Director of Multitone Records in London, where he pioneered a new wave of music that led to its acquisition by BMG (now Sony Music).
Having lived the realities of entrepreneurship firsthand, Jitesh knows how hard it is to lead a business – and that experience fuels his passion for helping other leaders succeed.
Today, Jitesh brings this deep commercial and leadership expertise to his work as a Metronomics Business Coach guiding CEOs and leadership teams of growth businesses in the $5-100m range to achieve sustainable growth, stronger alignment, and improved financial performance. Jitesh also works with companies in a Business Advisory role, acting as a “shadow-CEO” to support leaders with strategic planning, leadership development, financial management, and preparing for sale or succession.
With a unique blend of entrepreneurial experience, financial acumen, and people-focused leadership, Jitesh helps business leaders unlock their potential and build enduring, high-performing companies.
