The Auckland-come-Melbourne band is a leading light in the new wave of trip hop and downtempo sounds blooming across the globe. The duo of Ike Zwanikken and Brooklyn Mellar write quietly anthemic, shoegazing hazy pop ballads of melancholic, moonlit guitar and Brooklyn’s gossamer vocals.
Their self-released 'Endless Bliss Weekender' and follow-up 'Lashes' on Motion Ward are defining releases in downtempo music of recent years. A sensual, slow-motion fall into a bottomless haze.
