Overview

These multi sport themed motor skill classes are very easy for youngsters to get into. Younger age groups focus on developing motor skills and self-confidence. We learn basketball, soccer, obstacle courses, and scootering.

Gear to bring:

Appropriate clothing, water bottle, and running shoes

This ticket includes monthly admission for our once a week camp. Please arrive to Mitch's Fitness and present your ticke. You can find all the details about this event on our website. If you have any questions or issues, please call us at 708-828-2438 or stop in at our location. Please have athletes bring a snack/lunch. Due to space limitations, parents are encouraged to stay in their car or go home during the duration of class. Looking forward to seeing your athlete there!
