Gotcha4Life is excited to invite you to our Mental Fitness Training in Orange.

This is a fully funded opportunity to upskill and obtain a Mental Health First Aid certification, allowing you to promote and support mental fitness effectively within your circles and beyond.

What can you expect?

Achieve a Mental Health First Aid certification
A comprehensive blend of online and in-person training sessions designed to enhance your knowledge, skills, and confidence.
Interactive modules and practical activities focused on communication, resilience, and other key aspects of mental fitness.
Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate your busy life.
Each session will be around 8 hours, with breaks scheduled across the day.
