A Melbourne Food & Wine Festival 2025 Special Event

La Sirène Brewing - Australia's premier producer of wild and farmhouse ales - join forces with Mo Zhou (Gaea co-owner & head chef; ex-Attica, Press Club, Vue de Monde) and Charles Duan (chef pop-up extraordinaire and Gaea sommelier) for this never-to-be-repeated wild ale dining experience. 

Join Costa Nikias (La Sirène founder & chief), Mo and Charles among the French oak barrels of Bar La Sirène as they take you on a journey of modern-Asian robatayaki cuisine - four courses paired with world-renowned wild ales from La Sirène.

  • The menu for the event will be shared plates. With prior notice, we can accommodate a range of dietary needs - please select the right ticket type for your dietary needs.
  • We are located on Edwardes Street, Reservoir - between Edwardes Lake and Merri Creek. Rideshare, taxi or public transport recommended. We have bike parking onsite and plenty of on-street parking.
