MGC Ergathon Fundraising 2024

Please note that this event is for FUNDRAISING ONLY and that the Ergathon will be taking place on the 8th of November. 

On the 8th of November MGC rowers will row in relay overnight in our annual Ergathon fundraiser, with 140 rowers keeping 10 rowing machines spinning for 17 consecutive hours!

The Ergathon is our primary fundraiser, with all funds invested in equipment to support the growth and development of our rowing team.

Prizes will be available for rowers or coxes who:

1. Row the furthest (cox division)
2. Row the furthest in the junior, intermediate or senior squad
3. Raise the most funds overall for the MGC rowing team

Our target is to purchase new sweep oars, with additional proceeds to go towards a new first 8+.

(A reminder that Ergathon donations are unfortunately not tax deductible).
