MHCN is excited to announce Season 1 of our new podcast series, “Caring Between Minds – Mental Health Advocacy in Action.” This series shines a light on the voices and experiences of mental health carers, while building greater awareness of the important role carers play across the mental health sector and the wider community.

Throughout the series, we explore the many ways carers contribute to advocacy — from navigating complex systems and supporting loved ones, to influencing conversations around service improvement and systemic change. The podcast also creates space for shared experience, offering listeners stories they may recognise in their own journeys, helping to reduce isolation and support continued advocacy in caring roles.

The launch event will be co-hosted by MHCN CEO Jonathan Harms and podcast host Patty Kikos. The morning will feature the premiere of the official trailer, before moving into a panel discussion with four special guests from Season 1:
