Sometimes the people closest to us are struggling and we simply do not recognise the signs.

Moona has brought this initiative forward because she wants more people in our community to feel confident noticing when something may not be right, starting a difficult conversation and understanding when professional support may be needed.

Talat Mahmud will facilitate the Standard Mental Health First Aid Blended Face-to-Face course, supported by Avion Care.

Participants complete the required self-paced eLearning before attending the face-to-face component.

The event time includes the 4-hour instructor-led component, registration, administration, breaks and Q&A.
