Join us at Murrayville Hotel on Tuesday October 6th for a 3-hour Mental Health Awareness Session from 4:00pm, presented by Warren Davies, The Unbreakable Farmer.

You don’t need to be a mental health expert to make a difference. This practical session will provide you with the knowledge and confidence to better support someone who may be struggling.

During the session, you’ll learn how to:

Recognise and spot early signs that someone may be struggling
Gain practical, actionable skills to support someone in need
Understand what to do and how to respond in a crisis
Build confidence to start conversations around mental health
