Mental Health Workshop - Harrisdale May

Richmond Wellbeing, with the support of the City of Armadale are excited to bring to you a series of free mental health workshops!

Each workshop is for members of the local community who want to learn more about mental health and wellbeing.

Some of the topics covered include: 

• Understanding key mental health issues in the community
• The impact of trauma 
• Alcohol and other drug use
• How to talk about mental health and stigma
• How to support others with their mental health and support help-seeking behaviours
• Knowledge of suicide prevention strategies 
• Understanding how to access mental health support
