Ya gotta love it when a plan comes together! And ‘Best Of The Fest’ is one of our best plans. You know the drill. We lock some earnest, learned judges (and Andrew Hagan) in a room until they give up a list of their choices for best film in each program as well as overall winners of the international and Australian categories. In our own back room we crunch the numbers on the audience votes and then we weave together a selection of these films to send you off with an animated spring in your step towards whatever reality it is that awaits us all outside the protective barrier of Planet MIAF. Book early – the first session always sells out which is why we do one last rescreen before we bring the curtain down.
