July 10th: Enlightenment - Awakening Your Soul

Enlightenment is not something to achieve, but a quiet remembering of the truth that has always lived beneath striving, identity, and illusion. It arises not through becoming more, but through gently releasing what you are not — the fear, the stories, the need to control — until only clear, simple awareness remains. When the seeking falls silent and you rest in that stillness, you discover that you were never separate from the light you were searching for; you are, and always have been, its living expression.

August 28th: Manifesting Your Soul’s Purpose

CLASS TIMES:

All classes are 3.0 hours in duration. All classes are held from 9:00AM - 12:00PM Pacific Time which is 5:00PM to 8:00PM UK Time.

NO COURSE PREREQUISITES: All are welcome.

ATTENDING & PARTICIPATING:

To fully participate and get the most out of the program, we recommend that you:

Attend all live sessions.
Be in a private space where you are comfortable speaking with other participants. The program is experiential and includes both breakout rooms and guided meditations.
Bring pen and paper for notetaking.
Have water nearby.

The program is held through ZOOM, an online video call platform. We recommend you have or do the following:

Check your email inbox (and junk folder) two days prior to our first session. You will receive information that will provide the sign in and passcode for attending all three sessions.
A private computer or smart phone with internet access. The program is designed for each person to connect from their own device.
A stable internet connection
A camera so that you can participate using your video functions.
