MICK MEDEW AND URSULA ‘IN THE ZONE’ ALBUM LAUNCH

Mick Medew and Ursula's new album "In The Zone" finds the Med-duo filling out and toughening their sound -nodding to Mick's musical beginnings in Brisbane's seamy underground scene- but also ranging into pop, bubblegum and surf.The pair were joined in the studio and now for gigs by Lois Andrews on bass and backing vocals, and Stu McLauglin on drums.

Now known as Mick Medew and Ursula 4 for live gigs, they are hoping you'll come along to hear songs from the new album, classic covers and tracks from their debut album.

The album is released on CD and will be available to purchase for $25 at the gig.

Joining them at the launch will be Brisbane instrumental 60s Lovejoy family band, Lovejoy Surf!! They always pull a great crowd and get those hips a shaking. This is a feel good, fun band to dance to.
