Join us for a heart-warming day where we will explore what it really means to live from the heart.

Having a balanced heart chakra isn't just about having a balance of love, compassion and empathy for self and others, it is also about the universal law of polarity: the acceptance of duality and contrast within all things, including the things we don't like.

Can we accept and appreciate everything? Join us as we dig deep, cleanse, clear away what no longer serves us, as well as identify and intend to integrate our shadow.

Meditation, Heart-Based Living Workshop & Sound Healing

When we live from the heart, we truly know ourselves; then, we know how to honour ourselves through being of service to the heart. Join us for a heart-healing, heart-opening day where we will explore how our heart chakra is the centre point of our being and the gateway to the universe.

Below is the outline of our Heart Healing Day, which starts with a healing meditation, followed by intention setting, shadow work, self-love techniques, the power of gratitude and LoA.

At 2 p.m., special guest Mira Milich of Harmoni Sound Healing a Sound of Being ™ facilitator in training, will end the day with an incredible sound healing session.

You are welcome to book for the full day, or if you would like to come just for the sound healing, arrive at 2.15 pm for a 2.30 pm start. Please select the correct ticket type.

What to bring:

Journal or notebook and pen. A handbook will be given.
A yoga mat (or two for extra comfort) for meditation and sound healing
A warm blanket
Wear comfortable clothing

Plenty of parking is available.

90% of all ticket sales will go directly into a fund to help support a loved one, and the other 10% will go towards the upkeep of the Hippocrates Health Centre. Thank you. The ticket does NOT include accommodation.
