Microbat Discovery Walk, Oxley Creek Common

Join your guides for a microbat discovery walk at Oxley Creek Common. Learn about microbats and their needs whilst listening out for our insectivorous neighbours. Details are as follows:

• Oxley Creek Common, Rocklea
• Meeting Point: parking near Red Shed off Sherwood Rd, Rocklea

Please wear enclosed shoes, bring a water bottle and torch.

We are grateful to Titley Scientific for their generous loan of bat detecting equipment which will allow us to ‘listen in’ on the echolocation calls of microbats and experience them visually via sonagrams.
