Join us at The Tinkerage Dunmore and learn how to build a microbat roosting box using reclaimed materials, recycled timber and pallets. Not only will you create a practical addition to your backyard, but you'll also be helping support important native animals.
Microbats play a vital role in our environment by controlling insect populations and assisting with the pollination of many native plants. During this hands-on workshop, you'll learn how to safely use a range of power tools and construction techniques while creating your very own microbat roosting box to take home.
Whether you're new to woodworking or looking to build your DIY skills, this workshop offers a fun and practical introduction to working with reclaimed materials.
