Overview
This two-day Microsoft Project Essentials course provides participants with the fundamental skills needed to create and manage projects using Microsoft Project. By the end of the course, learners will be able to set up new projects, add and manage tasks and resources, develop project schedules, and produce clear, professional project reports and printouts.
Audience
This course is designed for individuals who want to use Microsoft Project to plan and manage projects of varying sizes and complexity. After completing the training, participants will have the confidence to work with project tasks and resources effectively, as well as address common challenges encountered when using software to support project management activities.
Prerequisites
No prior experience with Microsoft Project is required. However, a basic familiarity with personal computers and the Windows operating system will be advantageous. Participants who already have a solid understanding of Microsoft Project and are looking to build on their existing skills may wish to consider the Microsoft Project Advanced course instead.
