Dear @FirstName.

Thank you for reserving your space — we are so glad you're joining us.

Here is everything you need to know before you arrive:

- Come with a light stomach, minimal caffeine and arrive well hydrated. The clearer your body, the deeper the healing can flow.

- Sound travels four times faster through water - and you are mostly water. Drink plenty of water before you arrive and let the frequencies find you fully.

- Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and find your space as we are unable to accommodate late arrivals. Free parking is available opposite The Wellness Chiro at Darebin Station.

- Pillows are provided, though you are welcome to bring anything from home that helps you feel truly at ease.

- Prone to drifting into a deep, restful sleep? Our facilitator will gently and lovingly tap your shoulder — honouring both your journey and the stillness of those around you.

This is your space to release, reset and return to yourself. Come with an open heart and a willingness to receive.

Please note that tickets are non-refundable. If you can no longer make it, you're welcome to pass your ticket to someone who will love it just as much.

We can't wait to hold space for you.

My phone will be on silent 10 minutes before the event starts and doors will close 5 minutes before.

With love and gratitude,

Krishna
