Join Jo & Sue for a beautiful afternoon honouring the sacred turning of the wheel towards the sun! Our bodies attuned to the rhythms of nature, like a compass, it points us toward potent expression and expansion, like the urgency of the seed needing to sprout.

As we move into the depth of Spring this year, we will journey with Snake.

Snake - The Awakener

The power of snake medicine is the power of creation, to awaken the spirit and rekindle the flame of life and feel it rising within our light body.

Unfurling to the transmutation of the life-death-rebirth cycle through the shedding of the snake’s skin, learning to let go without resistance.

The gift of letting go is a remembering into the truth and wholeness of what we are, connecting with our natural aliveness.

We wholeheartedly invite you to join us for our annual Spring Journey, to dance create and journey with the energy of Snake and its teaching of awakening and shedding ~ its divine wisdom to guide our conscious state to activate and release.

When: Sunday 8th October

Time: 2pm – 6pm

Where: Temple on the Park – 158 Australia St Newtown

A little about Jo Rockendorfer:

Jo has training as an art therapist and transpersonal counsellor. She has facilitated group workshops for adults and children for over 20 years and utilises creative techniques to enhance the therapeutic relationship.
Jo lives on the South Coast of NSW and has found the natural world to be her greatest friend and teacher and weaves the therapeutic encounter with earth-based practises.

A little about Sue Andersen:
Sue has been practicing Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms since 2008 and completed her teacher training early in 2016. She is excited to share the 5rhythms Wave map, supporting people to return again and again to their bodies, to explore and express their unique dance and to discover the freedom and aliveness that comes when we surrender our minds to our feet, to the dance.

Jo's career as a Teacher, Facilitator, Transpersonal Counsellor and Art Therapist has led her to be able to work with her passions. These include guiding individuals and groups to move through life's transitions and inspiring people to tell their story. Jo is also passionate about empowering people to live to their fullest potential and see the best in themselves.
