About the 9D Journey: "Down Regulation and Regeneration"
This session features the "Down Regulation and Regeneration" 9D Breathwork journey, an offering intentionally curated for safety and deep nervous system restoration.
Guided by a gentle breath technique, the session utilizes hypnotherapy, visualization, and an immersive 9D soundscape to activate the vagus nerve and guide you into the parasympathetic "rest and digest" state. This creates a harmonious space for healing and self-discovery.

The 90-Minute Journey
You'll be guided through a soothing, expertly crafted flow designed for effortless relaxation:
Guided Presence & Gentle Stretch (Approx. 20 mins): A brief, gentle stretch sequence and meditation to land fully in your body and transition out of the day's stress.
Immersive 9D Breathwork (Approx. 55 mins): Lying down, you will be guided through conscious, calming breath patterns, supported by our multi-dimensional 9D soundscape. This immersive audio experience uses specialized frequencies to effortlessly guide your brainwaves and body toward deep peace.
Integration & Rest (Approx. 15 mins): A final period of stillness to allow the benefits to integrate, leaving you deeply rested and fully present.
