Mid West NDIS Provider Network
Description
Mid West NDIS Provider Network Evening
The NDIS: What's Changing and What Providers Need to Know
Tuesday, 22 September 2026 | 9:30am - 11:00am | Geraldton
The NDIS continues to change. Join other providers from across Geraldton and the Mid West for a practical update on what those changes mean for providers, followed by an opportunity to connect with others working across the local NDIS sector.
Presented by Aaron Norrish from Simplified Plan Management, this free session will cover current NDIS changes, common claiming and plan management issues, provider responsibilities, and practical considerations for working within the changing NDIS landscape.
It is also an opportunity to meet other local providers, learn more about the services available across the region, share information about your own organisation, and strengthen local referral networks.
Topics will include:
NDIS changes and what they mean for providers
PACE and the changing NDIS landscape
Funding periods and managing participant budgets
Provider travel and claiming
Service agreements and provider responsibilities
Working effectively with plan managers
Common claiming issues and how to avoid them
Working together across the support network
Q&A and provider networking
Building a stronger local provider network
Working in the NDIS sector can sometimes mean knowing your own service well, but not always knowing who else is available locally, what they offer, or who might be the right fit when a participant needs support outside your organisation.
The evening will provide an opportunity to meet and connect with other NDIS providers, allied health professionals, support coordinators, community organisations, and disability support services working across Geraldton and the Mid West.
We will also explore interest in establishing an ongoing Mid West NDIS Provider Network, creating further opportunities for local providers to connect, collaborate, strengthen referral pathways, and share relevant sector information.
This is an informal and practical session, with plenty of time for questions, conversation, and introductions.
Who should attend?
NDIS providers, allied health professionals, support coordinators, community organisations, disability support services, and other professionals working with NDIS participants across Geraldton and the Mid West are welcome.
Cost: Free
Registration: Essential
Presented by Aaron Norrish, Simplified Plan Management, and coordinated locally by Lynn Whyatt, Three Point Turn.
