There can be a real sense of grief, loss and loneliness when the kids move out and become self-reliant. How can we honour the emotions and also awaken to the possibility and potential of who we might become, as time and space opens up?

WEEK 4 | ‘ME’ TIME

Maybe the kids never left or they’ve landed back in the nest after the world clipped their wings. Isn’t it time for me? How do you recalibrate your personhood as Mum, and share a house with adult children as your new chapter beckons?

What are the intergenerational and ancestral wounds of your family lineage, and how have they been limiting you? Is it possible to compassionately release the patterns that have been passed down, to set yourself free in midlife, now?

WEEK 6 | WHAT’S CALLING ME?
