Event description

Something Is Shifting

Your sleep. Your mood. Your body. Your tolerance for nonsense. You’re told it’s “just stress.” “Just ageing.” “Just ride it out.”

Midlife Women Gone Wild exists because we are done with “just.”

This Is Where Disruption Turns Into Power

Disruption becomes power when it’s understood.

When symptoms are explained. When options are clear. When decisions are informed.

This room is built on evidence, practical tools and honest conversation.

What Actually Happens On The Night

  • A powerful keynote.

  • A brave, intelligent panel discussion.

  • Clear explanation of what’s happening in your body and why.

  • Evidence-based options.

  • Practical frameworks you can apply immediately.

Plus a drink on arrival, beautiful canapés and a room full of women who are thinking critically and backing themselves. Fun is the delivery method. Information is the priority.

Why This Exists

Women are tired of being dismissed. We trust lived experience, but we still want research. We want answers, not fluff. We want clarity without condescension. This event is built on one simple belief: Midlife women deserve accurate information and the space to make powerful decisions.

Who This Is For

Women roughly late 30’s to 60 who:

  • Feel dismissed or confused about what’s happening

  • Want research as well as real talk

  • Are ready to understand their options

  • Refuse to shrink quietly

If you are somewhere between “what is happening to me?” and “I am not done yet” — this is your room.

Your ticket includes:

  • Entry to keynote and panel

  • Drink on arrival

  • Canapés

  • Curated sponsor gifts

  • Access to post-event resources

Seats are limited to keep the room powerful, not anonymous.

The Real Outcome

Our goal is simple. We want women to walk out feeling:

  • Seen.

  • Informed.

  • Capable.

  • Powerful.

If 90 percent of the room says, “I finally feel understood,” we have done our job.

SECURE YOUR SEAT

You can navigate this phase alone. Or you can sit in a room where disruption is decoded and redirected. When disruption becomes power, everything changes.

Book your ticket now.

  • How many tickets are there?

To keep the evening engaging and personal, we’ve intentionally limited this event to 80 participants. A smaller room allows for better conversation, more meaningful discussion during the panel, and the chance to actually connect with the speakers and other women in the room.

  • Do I need to already be in perimenopause to attend?

Not at all. Many women start experiencing changes in their late 30s and early 40s. This event is for anyone curious about what’s happening in midlife and how to navigate it with better information.

  • Is this a medical seminar?

No. While the information shared is evidence-based and delivered by qualified experts, the evening is designed to be relaxed, engaging and conversational rather than clinical.

  • Will there be time for questions?

Yes. After the individual talks, all speakers will return for a panel discussion where we’ll cover common questions and topics women often want honest answers about.

  • Will the speakers be available after the talks?

Yes. There will be time during the break and after the panel to connect informally with speakers and other attendees.

  • Will food and drinks be available?

Yes. Drinks will be available to purchase at the venue and canapés will be provided during the break.

  • What should I wear?

Whatever you feel comfortable in. This is a relaxed evening event, not a formal function.

  • Can I come on my own?

Absolutely. Many women attend events like this solo and quickly find themselves in conversation with others in the room.

  • Will the talks be recorded?

This event is designed as a live experience and currently is not intended to be recorded. We will update this answer should that change closer to the time.

  • Is this event sponsored by any particular product or treatment?

The information shared during the talks is independent and evidence-based. A few generous sponsors have contributed items for the attendee goodie bags, but they do not influence the content of the presentations or discussions.
